Welcome to FirstDips. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FirstDips website and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
FirstDips is a Pokemon card marketplace aggregator that uses machine learning technology to detect cards in listing images. Our Service helps collectors find deals by:
- Aggregating listings from various marketplaces
- Using ML-powered image recognition to identify cards
- Providing alerts and notifications for matching listings
- Offering value ratings to help assess deal quality
FirstDips does not sell Pokemon cards directly. We are an aggregation and discovery platform that links to third-party marketplaces.
When you create an account with us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.
Billing
Some features of FirstDips require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle after the change takes effect.

Pokemon and all related names, marks, and images are trademarks of The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, and related entities. FirstDips is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokemon Company or Nintendo.
No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of card detection, pricing information, or availability of listings.
Third-Party Transactions
FirstDips is not responsible for transactions conducted on third-party marketplaces. Any purchases you make are subject to the terms and policies of those platforms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirstDips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
